2) What we need to do
-Organize groups
-Get Chester out
-Take over the CDC
-Have a town meeting
-Organize townsfolk into groups
-create defense plan for town
-organize sharing resources
-work on cure
3) Needed teams
-Escort team (defending people against attacks)
-Hunting team (actively seeking zombies to kill)
-Research team (working on a cure or treatment)
-technology team (work on solar power, digging wells, radios or phones)
-Weapons team (keeping weapons in order, working on bombs(no bombs), sharpening blades)
-Escape team (work on escape plan, just in case nothing else works)
-Ration team (make sure everyone has got what they need. Have to be fair)
4) Admit that this might not work. Suggest backup plans.
5) Back up plan suggestion - is that we do research, escort, and a limited tech/weapons/escape. We work on rations for just us.
6) Taking over the CDC means someone might have to die.
7) Find someone to be in charge (Eric?? Quinn??) . Mayor is worse than putting one of the kids in the lead. It's got to be a man, because no one listens much to women. Someone that we trust, that the townsfolk can trust.
8) Killing room floor
Eric: Honestly, I had an idea, if you want to hear it, to make use of the scrapyard as a killing floor, but it'd take some elbow grease. Basically, make use of the space and materials to build a series of reusable traps to cut up anyone fool enough to be baited in. Like a cutting blade powered by a heavy falling weight to cut across a narrow choke point, which is pulled back into place as the weight is cranked back up into position with a winch.
Eric: Hunter killer squads are good to keep the population down and keep morale up, but if there's a bunch for some reason, we need a way to cull a lot of them in a sweep. There would need to be more than one trap like that, a clear funnel, and a way out for the trap operators in case the problem isn't solved.
